Delta Marine will have to make sure that the qualification of the officer or the seafarer , his certificates and his physical fitness are in conformity with the Flag administration and international regulations .
The selection and recruitment are based on references , a resume , assessment notes , diplomas and certificates , a seaman book or a statement of navigation , a medical fitness certificate , a good practice of english , a criminal record etc ….

The seafarer applying for a job will have to provide a CV, fill in our application form and will conduct a skills assessment interview prior to recruitment .
